Repair Services

ACFM employs experienced and factory trained repair and service personnel. We are an authorized repair and warranty center for Roots™ blowers up to an 8’’ gear diameter. For large blowers and centrifugals we work closely with our Houston Service Center 

In addition to Roots™ blowers we repair; Gardner Denver, Sutorbilt, Cycloblower, Duroflow, Tuthill (MD pneumatics), Hibon, Aerzen, Robushi

Every repair we do comes complete with….

• Tear down evaluation with pictures of damaged or worn components

• Detailed quote of recommended repairs for customer review and approval

• Impellers, cylinders and head plates sandblasted and cleaned

• Only Genuine factory replacement parts used

• Gears timed and factory clearances restored

• Restored finish with high gloss paint

• 1 year warranty on parts and labor
