Liquid Ring Vacuum Pumps
ACFM provides Edwards liquid ring vacuum pumps engineered for applications where gas streams contain moisture, condensable vapors, or entrained liquids. Available in both single-stage and two-stage configurations, the portfolio spans high-capacity process duties, reaching up to 40,000 m³/h for single-stage units and approximately 7,500 m³/h for two-stage systems. By utilizing a rotating liquid seal to form the compression chamber, liquid ring technology enables stable, continuous operation over a wide pressure range while minimizing mechanical complexity and eliminating the need for internal lubrication.
