Edwards E2M two-stage rotary vane pumps are rugged vacuum pumps designed for demanding industrial applications. The E2M range covers E2M40, E2M80, E2M175, and E2M275 models, with maximum displacement from 42.5 to 292 m³/h at 50 Hz and pumping speeds from 37 to 255 m³/h at 50 Hz. The pumps feature advanced lubrication circuits, adjustable gas ballast, inlet isolation, and optional heavy-duty configurations. ACFM supplies Edwards E2M pumps for industrial vacuum requirements.

Ultimate Total Pressure Without Gas Ballast: 3.0 × 10⁻³ mbar. Ultimate Vacuum With Gas Ballast: 5.0 × 10⁻³ mbar. Maximum Permitted Outlet Pressure: 0.5 bar (g). Recommended Oil: Ultragrade 70 (HC, AZ & EX); PFPE lubricant (FX). E2M175 and E2M275 water vapour tolerance can increase to 20 mbar and 12 mbar with optional thermostatic water flow valve.
